Zilly SZi-DCS60XY Series Door Coordinator has two finishes, one is aluminum painted finish, the other one is dark bronze painted. Filler Bar is also painted to match the top frame and door that make both coordinator and Filler Bar almost invisible and appear to be an integral part of the frame opening.

The coordinators are designed for use on pairs of door with or without an astragal. Roller arm (SZi-6600 -6-1/2" projection), (SZi-6800 -8-1/2" projection), prevents active door from closing before the inactive door.

Zilly shear locks offer totally concealed mechanism and are designed for applications where the door swings up to a 180˚. When the shear lock detects the door in the closed position, the magnet "sucks" the armature plate up and traps the armature plate in the lock frame. Generally a 2 3mm gap between the top of the door and the frame is optimum for the electromagnet to attract the armature plate and keep the door locked. The built-in bond sensor indicates proper armature contact and eliminates potential lock misalignment before the magnet is permitted to energize

Zilly electromagnetic door holders are designed for use with self-closing fire and smoke barrier doors. They usually use independently or with any fire or smoke detector system. Typical installations include hospitals, schools and public buildings. Electromagnetic door holders can also be operated by manual release for safety and convenience
